Hands-on cooking class with Chef-Owner Doug Mack and Sous Chef Carin Fredette focuses on getting ready for the holidays - and the holiday meal, everything except the main course!.  Creative and tasty side dishes, sauces to spice up the meal and sweets to finish.  Lunch with wine included.  $75 per person,  Reservations required.

Our 21st Annual Wine and Game dinner perfectly pairs a five course game dinner with a different wine for each course.  Joerg Klauck, owner of Vermont Wine Merchants,co-hosts the remarkable dinner.  Menu will be available in early November; check back then.

  • Our Thanksgiving Dinner Buffet is so much more than the usual holiday buffet.  Turkey, yes of course, but also salmon, pot roast and vegetarian stuffed shells.  You'll also find abundant side dishes, salad, breads - all in the Catamount Room.  And there's more -  the lobby is full of soups and appetizers and dinner finishes with a sampler plate of desserts.  It is a beautiful, plentiful harvest dinner perfect for the whole family.
