It doesn’t matter which came first because we’ll get to both in this class. Using fresh eggs from our own chickens we’ll make some deviled eggs and crème brulée to pair with sorrel chicken and spring peas! We welcome spring into this class.

Join our small group guided tour and experience the Tuscan spirit and culture on a very personal level:  7 days, 6 nights filled with great food and wine. 

Our all inclusive culinary tour lets you really experience Italian cooking and the Tuscan way of life.  The culinary tour includes cooking classes, visits to local wine and food producers,  wine tours and tastings, cheese and olive oil tastings, all meals - most with wine, guided village tours and talks with local guides.  Six nights’ accommodations at Tuscan agritourismos and small B&B's around Tuscany. 

During the week we spend time visiting with many locals over food and wine and learn how small the world really is.
