To celebrate Julia’s 102nd birthday on August 15 we have designed a class around some of her most classic dishes. Expect to find beef bourguignonne, cream of leek and potato soup, and chocolate almond cake. 

Thursday night classes begin at 6:30 when you are greeted with a glass of champagne to start.  This abbreviated 2 hour class finishes with dinner in the restaurant's dinning room.  Early reservations are encouraged as many classes often fill quickly.
