Join us for a weekend celebrating the flavors of Mexico; starting on Saturday August 9 with a Mexican Dinner (4 courses with traditional Mexican food & drink) and then again on Sunday August 10 for a Mexican Cooking Class (a 3 hour hands-on class of traditional Mexican food - includes lunch)
Our entire weekend of events will be co-hosted by Kris Rudolph; owner and operator of El Buen Cafe.
Kris also runs La Cocina, a cooking school that specializes in Mexican cuisine. Her tour compnany, Delcious Expeditions, offers culinary tours to Mexico, Italy and Slovenia.
Kris has taught cooking throughout the United States, most notably at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. Kris's classes and tours have been written up in Bon Appetit, Texas Monthly, Chile Pepper Magazine, the Miami Herald, and the Washington Post.
