Cooking Classes at Baldwin Creek
Our hands–on cooking classes are offered throughout the year and are a huge hit. Work directly with Chef-Owner Douglas Mack in a small, intimate group and learn the secrets of the culinary trade from a farm-to-table perspective.
Prepare seasonal dishes using high quality ingredients, mostly locally sourced ingredients (and often from our own gardens), and then dine with the class and the Chef as you enjoy a delicious, class-prepared meal with wine!
Cooking Class Details
Class includes recipe booklet to take home. Aprons and knives are available for your use in class.
Each 3 ½ hour class is normally offered on two separate occasions. Most Friday and Saturday classes are scheduled from 10:30 to 2:00. Sunday classes are usually held 1:30-5:00, but please check on specific time when booking your class.
Class size is limited to 12, so early reservations are encouraged. Prepayment is required; your credit card is processed for your cooking class at time of reservation.
The cost is $75 per person. Cooking together? Book two students in the same cooking class at the same time and save: only $140 for two.
These shorter 1 ½ hour classes are part hands-on and part demonstration. Couple’s cooking classes are fun, dynamic and interactive; definitely not your usual night out. And best of all, no cooking experience is required, only a love of eating!
Couple’s classes are scheduled monthly on a Thursday night, 6:30-8:00, and finish with class-prepared dinner for two in the dining room.
$135 per couple also includes recipe booklet and a complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival.
